Head Marketing for Start-up in F&B
Preferred Candidate :
- Looking for an experienced Head of Marketing, well-versed in all aspects of Marketing Strategy
- Proven experience of Brand Positioning and Market Analytics in Retail/Food/Caf
- In-depth knowledge of Consumer Behaviour and Market Research
- Ability to provide direction, leadership and guidance to the Marketing Team
- Strong Strategic, Analytical and Data Orientation
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Prior experience in high-growth start-up environment is preferred
- MBA preferred
Key Responsibilities :
- Crafting innovative Strategies and Brand Campaigns for Positioning and Establishing the Brand.
- Developing and spearheading Strategic Plans that cut across various consumer profiles.
- Ensuring that the Brand Message is strong and consistent across all channel and marketing efforts.
- Driving Sales, armed with a deep understanding of Consumer Behaviour, Insights and Analytics.
- Leading the Brand's Digital marketing Strategy
- Directing and supporting Market Research collection, analysis and interpretation of data for long-term and short-term market forecasts.
- Providing inputs for Product Innovation/Development and Pricing Strategy based on Market/Consumer Information
- Identify competitors, evaluate their strategies and positioning, and devise counter strategies.
- Proven experience in handling Marketing Teams including Digital, Advertising, Communications & Creative
- Collaborate and extensively engage with various external Marketing Agencies.
