Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws, LLM, or 5Y Integrated Law Degree from a University recognized by the Bar Council of India.
- Candidates with above degrees with experience in large public listed manufacturing companies will be preferred.
Purpose:
- The role will oversee the Legal function of the organization [i.e., providing leadership to the legal department and legal leadership across the business.
- Developing and leading legal strategy to promote and protect the company's interest matters.
- Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies, and priorities.
- To ensure that the business activities are carried out in compliance with the local laws, statutory provisions, regulatory guidelines, rules and regulations and Company policies.
- Analyze and identify the legal risks and implications of all the business's transactions, keeping the senior management in all departments
