Address- The purpose of the role is to lead Investor Relation, Financial Planning & Analysis and Risk Management Functions for the group
- Investor Relations (40%): The role shall be responsible for creating the appropriate strategy, framework, and tactics and provide a very compelling Investor Relations roadmap.
- Work with management to develop an appropriate Investor Relations plan; Build relationships with sell side analysts and market the investment idea to institutional investors. The incumbent is also official spokesperson for the company for the entire financial community.
- Effectively Communicate value creation story to Analysts during conferences & Investor meetings Conceptualization and completion of Annual Report by liasoning with various stakeholders and circulating the report within the investor circle
- Deep dive to understand the Strategy/Initiatives taken, their impact & performance and overall operational performance of the company
- Other miscellaneous activities like assisting corporate planning team, Advisory Board Presentations, Vision 2020/2025 Analysis, Stock Market related queries, Shareholding update, peer result updates.\
- Financial Planning & Analysis (40%): The role acts as a custodian for achieving group level Financial objectives by accurate planning and analysis and alignment with the various Businesses. Deep dive into business analytics on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis & identify and report key areas of concern
- Analysing Performance of each business unit on a monthly basis
- Extensively study Monthly trends of various business parameters like Channel performance, brand performance, market segment performance, margin analysis etc
- In depth working capital analysis & highlighting potential areas of improvement
- Analysing ROCE trend of respective business units & its contribution across Group
- Prepare quick estimates and Cash flow analysis for CMD reporting
- Chief Risk Officer(20%): Implementing the risk management initiatives across the entire organization
