- A leading Constructions Materials company is looking for Head Brand management and Media . The role is based in Delhi. The role will drive the following agenda:
- The incumbent will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the brand image and executing the digital media initiatives.
- He/ she will be responsible for leading the development and execution of corporate brand strategy, managing content platforms, overseeing the Lead Management System (LMS), driving e-commerce initiatives, and ensuring a compelling retail design.
- Will be responsible to bring a strategic mindset, creativity, and a proven track record in building and enhancing brand presence in the digital space.
Accountabilities :
Brand Positioning & Governance :
- Develop and maintain a clear and compelling brand positioning strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels and touchpoints.
- Implement and oversee brand governance guidelines to safeguard the integrity of the brand.
Communication Design & Content Management :
- Lead the development and execution of a robust content strategy for corporate brand that engages and resonates with the target audience.
- Responsible for SEO strategy for corporate brand.
- Collaborate with category heads to create compelling and consistent content across various platforms.
PR & Social :
- Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance reputation and visibility.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
Media & Sponsorships :
- Plan and execute comprehensive media strategies across various channels, including TV, print, digital and others
- Identify and evaluate sponsorship opportunities that align with marketing objectives.
Retail & Merchandise Design :
- Develop merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility at retail locations and events.
- Oversee the development and implementation of retail design concepts that align with the brand image and enhance the customer experience.
- Own & grow retail strategy & design for impact across formats and categories.
