AddressOne of the leading Educational Institutes in Kolkatta is looking for an Administration Head for their Campus.
This is a leadership position where the incumbent will be required to oversee the entire administration and facility management of their Campus in the Eastern Region
The role required:
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
- Recruiting and training personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
- Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Supervise daily support operations of the campus and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
- You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.
- Should have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The ideal candidate will be well-versedin departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently.
- The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.
- Candidates applying must be Ex-Defence Personnel with prior experience working in the Eastern Region.
