Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience developing test automation in Go, Java, Python, or C++.
- Experience with test automation development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Lab Tools, Dashboards, Hardware Testing Tools, and Linux.
- Experience in lab design and management for combined hardware/software systems under SLO conditions.

Pixel Test Engineering labs are taking on a broad spectrum of existing Pixel/Android testing from low level modem power testing to full system tests. In this role, you will help to continue "labs as a service" bringing multifaceted setups into automated production/stable labs, focused on quality of test signals delivered to stakeholder management.The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. Responsibilities
- Design strategy on new setups, drive the intake of technical lab data to build structured production lab environments.
- Design and iteration of both legacy setups and new high touch/NPI programs, as well supporting other Pixel production fleets under SLO agreements.
- Coordinating lab logistics, fleet maintenance, and test equipment calibration, also lab move coordination.
