About the Role
The Growth Associate/Analyst will be responsible for executing outbound strategies to drive business growth and optimize performance. This involves conducting research and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance key performance metrics and achieve business objectives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Build a strong funnel of potential sales-qualified leads.
- Utilize data to develop and execute A/B email campaigns, conversion rate optimization experiments, and other initiatives to improve key performance metrics.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the brands and internal teams to finalize investments.
- Monitor and report on the performance of growth initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential areas for expansion and differentiation.
Candidate Qualifications
- 1-3 years of full-time or internship experience in roles that required liaising with consumer brands
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
