Position Description:
The main purpose and mission of the System, Security and Verification Group is develop and maintain E2E Testing, Systems engineering defining requirements and new solution concepts, and Cybersecurity.
The mission is to:
- Bridging the gap of business requirement with development teams.
- Product Cybersecurity screening, TARA analysis etc. to strengthen the quality of our products from cybersecurity perspective.
- Test deliveries on the real products, in real ecosystem from E2E perspective, connecting both on-board and offboard solutions.
- Lead and continuously develop the people in the group to deliver according to committed deliveries and to achieve the objectives stated in the strategic action plan.
- Lead and continuously develop the processes, methods and tools that are used by the group to deliver according to committed deliveries and to achieve the objectives stated in the strategic action plan.
- Ensure that the end-to-end testing, systems engineering, and cybersecurity are managed and delivered in an optimal way.
The following qualifications are required:
- Master of Science in Computer Science, Electronics, BE / BTECH degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of managerial experience from line and people leadership
- Minimum 7 years of experience from SW development in truck or car industry within the area of connected services
- Experience of agile methods, such as SCRUM and KANBAN
- Experience from DevOps is an asset.
- Experience from development of electrical and electronic systems is an asset.
- Experience from Automotive development is an asset.
