Summary: As a Security Consulting Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort and teams to enable development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions. Your typical day will involve assessing, managing, and ensuring compliance to risk-reducing behaviors and processes, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful security solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions. - Assess, manage, and ensure compliance to risk-reducing behaviors and processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful security solutions. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in application security and security delivery governance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in application security. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of security delivery governance. - Strong understanding of risk management and compliance. - Experience in leading and mentoring teams. - Solid grasp of security solutions and technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in application security. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful security solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
