Job Description
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Develop illustrations, logos, videos, and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphics
- Work with copywriters and customers to produce the final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Ability to Copywrite and create interesting taglines and social media posts (preferable)
Required Candidate profile
- Outstanding academic track record particularly in Class X and Class XII
- Must have a flair for design with the ability to create outstanding graphic design and videos
- Strong communications skills
- Witty, humorous, and with an ability to come out with clever short taglines
- Must be able to form coherent concepts based on customer inputs and covert these to design
- Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing, and VFX
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be a perfectionist
- Must be a self-motivated and a self-learner
