We're looking for a Product UI-UX Designer with 3+ years of experience on Web based SaaS products in the AI/ML/NLP domain. You will be part of Gnani.ai's Product Team and help us to guide the visual language for products that support both Gnani and our Clients as well as guide Junior designers in the company.
This position works closely with the Design & Development team to create engaging product designs and experiences that reflect business requirements, support user needs, and are technically feasible. Qualified candidates will be skilled UI/UX designers who can convert features and requirements into wireframes after proper research and work with the team to create user friendly design mock-ups and prototypes.

Duties & Responsibilities :
- Design beautiful and pixel-perfect interface that meets world-class aesthetic standards.
- Create simple and seamless design & experiences across a variety of apps and platforms by distilling requirements and company goals into sketches, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes.
- Collaborate with brilliant and passionate design, copywriting, and product teams to take ideas from conception to release.
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
- Self-growth and educating other members of the team. Everyone has something to learn and something to share.
- Lead the UI/UX Design Team to deliver designs for different products/projects.
- Present your work to teammates to get buy-in on your ideas.
Skills Required :
- Expert-level knowledge and speed working in FIGMA (or similar tools like Adobe XD), Photoshop, illustrator, etc.
- Comfortable working on Prototyping tools
- A well-developed sense of color, fonts, composition and design system
- A portfolio showcasing great-looking web & mobile applications.
- Brand identity and style guide design experience.
- Consistent ability to apply a brand's style and interaction patterns.
- Passion to solve visual design problems and the ability to show different solutions.
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment and communicate your ideas to engineers and stakeholders.
- Thinks both tactically and strategically, and has high levels of self-direction, innovation, and imagination.
- Great communication skills : the ability to clearly explain design decisions and process to anyone in the company.
- Attention to Required :
- Degree in Design, Computer Science or relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good Time management skills.
- Team spirit : strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Bonus :
- Basic knowledge of front-end Stacks: HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
