The Role
As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

Who You Are
Required Technical and Professional Experience:
- Great sense of Visual Design and Visual Communication
- Experience with design systems, toolkits and front end UI standards
- A great eye for detail and crave for pixel precision
- Study design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on identified requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders using different styles, appropriate colors, and layouts for each visual.
- Manage and oversee the visual designers in the creation of product prototypes, style guides, visual storytelling, case studies, and presentations.
- Collaborate with other teams to conceptualize, validate, and refine product features for further enhancement of the user experience.
- Ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards
- Collaborate with digital strategists to transform wireframes into intuitive user interfaces.
- Keep up to date with visual design technologies, techniques, and modern trends to deliver cutting edge work.
- Maintain visual design guidelines and brand identity.
- You will be able to work through the length & breadth of product design with ease. From finding the right problem worthy of business impact to putting together a prototype that help experience your solution in best of its form. You are a strategic thinker and at the same time execute with great attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- 3-6 years of experience as UX/UI designer
- Proven visual design experience.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs to customers.
- Expertise in design software and technologies such as Photoshop, Illustrator Sketch, Figma, and Invision.
- Detail-oriented individual who has a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface specifications
- Initiate and manage user experience research and testing processes
- Drive the development and communication of visual design guidelines and patterns
- Work strategically with other executives and team members across the organization.
- Ability to uphold brand style guidelines.
- Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Graduate in Engineering, design, Computer Science or relevant field
