What Youll Be Doing:
- Managing and optimising Operations data collection processes regarding KPIs, Process Improvement Objectives, Environment-Health-Safety and Sustainability.
- Delivering regular reports to keep teams in the loop including month end reporting.
- Analysing reports to uncover opportunities and value within Operations function.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance) to implement improvements.
- Driving positive change and efficiency within our Operations function for a data-oriented approach.
- Educated to Degree Level: a degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline will set you up for success.
- Excellent Analytical Skills: someone who can navigate complex datasets, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights to drive operational improvements.
- Advanced Excel Proficiency: Excel isnt just a tool for you; its your playground. You should be able to demonstrate advanced skills, including mastery of pivot tables.
- Manufacturing Sector Expertise: Youre not just familiar with manufacturing; youve worked in the sector. Your hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry gives you a unique perspective that we value.
