Job description

  • Be the contact person for customers and service technicians
  • Administer and schedule service technicians in the field, taking into account
    product and customer knowledge as well as temporal and spatial availability
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through compliance with agreed service level agreements while taking into account high economic efficiency
  • Handle escalations
  • Ensure service documentation and update if necessary

Request

  • Very good German and good English skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to act quickly and show own initiative
  • Able to work shifts (9:00 - 17:30 and 9:30 - 18:00 Greek time) Monday to Friday.
