General Manager In Fermentation With Contract Manufacturing

Jobskey Consultancy is currently seeking a highly skilled General Managerin Fermentation with Contract Manufacturing to join our team. As the General Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the fermentation process and managing our Contract Manufacturing operations. As the General Managerin Fermentation with Contract Manufacturing, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of fermentation products. You will work closely with the production team to develop and implement process improvements, optimize production schedules, and meet production targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the Contract Manufacturing operations, including coordinating with external partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire fermentation process, from raw material sourcing to final product distribution
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency and quality
• Manage and mentor a team of fermentation technicians and production staff
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as R&D and Quality Assurance, to ensure product development and quality control
• Coordinate with external partners for Contract Manufacturing, including negotiating contracts and managing relationships
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet customer demands and market trends
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of safety and quality control

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
• Proven experience in Fermentation operations, preferably in a Contract Manufacturing setting
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams
• In-depth knowledge of fermentation processes and technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet production targets and deliver results
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality control standards in the fermentation industry
