Position: GDA Trainer

Qualifications:

• TOT Certified
• Not affiliated with any other training partner on Hunar and NSDC portal

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in skill projects

Role and Responsibilities:

Teaching Sessions:

• Conduct classes following the common norms of JSDMS (Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society).
• Employ innovative teaching methodologies to engage and inspire learners.

Assessment:

• Conduct weekly assessments to evaluate the progress of trainees.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.

Session Planning:

• Develop comprehensive session plans that align with the curriculum and learning objectives.
• Ensure the inclusion of practical, hands-on exercises to enhance skill development.

Attendance Management:

• Ensure timely capture of trainees' attendance on the JSDMS portal.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to attendance.

Physical Attendance:

• Monitor and ensure the physical attendance of trainees during training sessions.
• Address any issues related to absenteeism promptly.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of training.
• Familiarity with JSDMS guidelines and compliance.
