English & Soft Skill Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Impart Soft-Skills trainings to youth seeking employability linked training courses
• Impart Environment-related awareness training to School/ITI/Engineering students

Work Conditions:

• Work involves extensive travelling across Jharkhand
• Work involves addressing large groups of youth in English/Hindi language

Qualifications:

• Graduate
• Science background is must

Experience

• 2-10 years' experience of working with youth/students
• Training experience is preferable
• Knowledge on Green Energy/ Solar would be an added advantage.

Essential Competencies:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi languages is must
• Should have the ability to address groups of 50-200 people at a time
• Must have scientific disposition
• Should be comfortable travelling 10-20 days a month across Jharkhand
• Interview will be conducted in English

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
