Role: AGM/ DGM - Contract Management
Work location: Hyderabad.
Exp: 10-15 years from relevant experience background
Qualification: Any Postgraduate
KRA's:
- Negotiate contract agreement of Gati's product and services.
- Assessment of contractor Performance to identify the need of amendment for existing contracts.
- Prepare and audit contracts between the Gati's and potential clients breach of timely manner.
- Liaison with external contracting representative develops and implement research regulations to ensure contracts are updated and compliance.
- Manage contract development through all life cycle stages (Draft, revision, Approval, filing).
- Contract development, lead the contract creation process and ensuring contract align with company policy, legal requirements and stakeholder needs.
- Risk management and compliance; Identify potential risks in contracts and work to mitigate them through negotiation and drafting.
- Provide guidance to the team and support involved in contracts negotiations.
- Address issues and discrepancies that may arrived Contract Management.
- SCC as process implementation as per SOP and DP matrix
- Follow with concern team for documents & other issues.
- Maintain MIS & analysis of claim process & communicate.
- Compliance of OBN w.r.t new process
- Constantly drive improvement.
- Reduce claim settlement TAT by leading process waste elimination program.
