Do write to me at – praveenk@tranzeal.com Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source IT professionals through various channels, including job boards, social networks, referrals, and other creative methods. Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs, providing insights and recommendations to ensure successful placements. Candidate Presentation: Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their qualifications and potential contributions. Negotiation: Facilitate the negotiation of job offers and compensation packages between clients and candidates. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment. Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Proactive and self-motivated with a drive for success. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with recruitment software and tools.
