Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and personable Front Office Executive to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and lasting impression for our visitors, clients, and employees.
Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and courtesy
· Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or personnel
· Schedule appointments and manage calendars for meetings and conference rooms
· Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
· Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information in person, via phone, or email
· Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and operations
· Assist in coordinating office events and meetings as needed
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic administrative skills
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional demeanor
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
Education:- Graduation (preferred)
