Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our Front Office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members, ensuring the efficient use of time.
- Manage the reception area, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain accurate records, including contact information, appointments, and visitor logs.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Address and resolve visitor or customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain cash registers or payment systems as needed.
- Enforce security protocols and monitor access to ensure a safe environment for all.
