Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate located in New Delhi at Minimalist Hotels. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for receptionist duties, customer service, check-in, and communication via phone and in person.
Qualifications
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Experience in receptionist duties and customer service
Familiarity with check-in. procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus,
