Job Description:
You will be the first point of contact for our esteemed patients and visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth operations at the Front Desk. This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Assisting with Administrative Tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience in a customer service or Front Desk role preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using computers and basic office software.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure.

• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.

• Pleasant and professional demeanor.

Salary: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
