Responsibilities
The role will involve handling site independently, should able to handle client, labor of subcontractors, checking of material coming to site and going out, coordinating project's requirement with office staff/ seniors on daily basis
Candidates must have effective communication skills to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and convey technical information clearly and problem solving ability.
Candidates must be able to commute to the various job sites.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Review project plans and specifications to determine HVAC system requirements
Estimate material, equipment, and labor costs for HVAC projects
Train and mentor HVAC technicians on installation and maintenance procedures
Perform quality inspections to ensure HVAC systems meet the required standards
Troubleshoot and resolve issues or malfunctions in HVAC systems
Maintain accurate records of project activities and documentation
Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology
Attend and participate in meetings regarding work to be done; attend training classes.
Review all work orders before and after completion.
Determine time and cost estimates for HVAC jobs.
Qualifications
Qualification : Diploma Mechanical/ BE Mechanical Engineering.
Computer Knowledge : Basic + Autocad, Excel
Experience : Fresher only
