AddressThis is a full-time position for a Graduate, in which you'll gain exposure to many different types of commercial building services, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, building geometry and much more. You will be expected to undertake and produce 3D modelling of the building in our specialist 3D software to determine the Energy rating. The role will also involve advising clients on ways in which they can improve their Energy rating and giving advice on improving building performance. If you have experience in using AutoCAD and are able to produce 2D CAD drawings to a high quality this would be a bonus. Ideally, we are looking for someone with a Building Services qualification or experience but equally we will consider someone who has the desire and aptitude to learn quickly about Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. We will invest significantly in the right person; providing continuous training and professional development. Main responsibilities:
- Complete non-domestic energy assessments and analyse findings
- Have organisational skills and deliver clients reports in a timely manner
- Organise and plan projects
- Use IES software to produce the Energy Ratings (if no experience of this, training will be provided)
- In the future, train new members of staff
- Should be of a smart and pro-active
- Willing to learn
- Be able to identify when jobs need to be done rather than being told (dynamic)
- Comfortable working alone and part of a team too

- have a good track record of relevant experience over a number of years have experience in using IES software & AutoCAD
- Building services qualification or knowledge/experience
