Job summary
The Financial Analyst II will process payment requests and maintain financial records.They will ensure accurate payment disbursal and prepare monthly reports.They will coordinate with the US team and resolve discrepancies or queries.

Responsibilities
• Process payment requests and disburse settlement amounts to different parties.• Maintain financial records and reports of the QSF without discrepancies.• Ensure payments are disbursed within defined TAT and avoid financial loss.• Prepare monthly reports reflecting the accurate status of payment.• Update payment disbursement and QSF-related information.• Generate reports accurately and within the stipulated time frame.• Work on company fees collection report on a monthly and bi-monthly basis.• Calibrate with the US team and work jointly on QSF process changes/improvements/queries.• Resolve discrepancies or queries with inter-department teams.• Maintain data related to cash inflow and outflow of Qualified Settlement Funds.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting/Commerce.• 2+ years of finance/data management experience, with bank or ledger reconciliation experience.• Certification in MS Office, including Outlook, is preferred.• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.• Ability to support and coordinate with onshore team based in the US.• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and interpretation.• Understanding of basic accounting/finance concepts.• Positive attitude with a high level of professional morale.• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.• Must be multi-task oriented and able to work with frequent interruptions.• Team player with a professional attitude.• Flexibility to work in any shift and/or on Indian holidays.
