Description & Requirements
Employee would be part of transaction processing operations within F&A, would be part of one of the domains such as AP or AR or GL. Would be trained on various activities as part of Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations set-in place from time to time. Perform a variety of specialized duties that are assigned as part of the Domain.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process transactions as per the SLA (both Accuracy & TAT)
- Updating respective trackers timely and accurately
- Follow-up on the transactions in pending status with dependency
- At month-end, ensure processing of assigned tasks is completed timely & accurately as per the month close calendar.
- Develop a high standard for quality of work and maintain a strong work ethic.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Quick Learner & Self-Starter – Push Vs. Pull Factor
- Effective Time Management – Ability to operate well in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Must be flexible and able to work varying / additional hours during busy periods.
- Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with coworkers.
- Strong interpersonal and self-motivational skills.
- Exposure to MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Infor product knowledge a plus, but not required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Fresher’s – B. Com. / BBA
0-1 Yr. Experience – Graduate in any stream.
