Address Opportunity for ITI / Diploma qualified Engineer with hands on experience of repair & maintenance of battery operated MHE used in Warehouses (e.g. Stacker, Pallet Truck, Reach Truck & tow truck), with knowledge and experience of executing maintenance activities at customer site independently, problem solving ability with optimal cost to customer.
Responsibilities:
Attend assigned service calls at customer site
Identify faults & provide solution independently using skills & experience
Attend assigned breakdown complaint for Battery forklift
Prepare service reports for work done
Identify spares required if any and recommend
Provide comprehensive feedback of service work to technical team.
