Job Summary :
The School Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within a
designated territory by promoting and selling educational products to schools and educational
institutions. This role requires building strong relationships with decision-makers in schools,
understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that meet those needs. The School
Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding the company & presence in the education
market and contributing to its overall success.
Key Responsibilities :
Target potential schools and educational institutions within the assigned territory
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, such as school administrators,
principals, and educators
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features
of the company & products
Cultivate trust and credibility with customers to position the company as a valuable partner
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and progress
Develop a deep understanding of the products to articulate their value proposition
effectively
Understand the specific needs and challenges of each school and cater solutions to address
their requirements
Handle the inquiries from existing and new clients
Coordinate with the logistics team for a timely dispatch.
Ensure target-oriented performance with Cost Benefit Analysis.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services
Qualifications and Skills :
Minimum 1+ years of proven experience within the education sector is preferred
Bachelor & degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the company & value
proposition
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Flexibility to travel as required

Pay: ₹18,432.83 - ₹35,000.00 per month
