We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The Field Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our retail presence and driving wholesale orders through our B2B marketplace.
Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential retail stores to onboard them as partners with BeA Brand.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store owners and managers to foster long-term partnerships.
Present BeA Brand's product offerings and benefits to retail store partners, highlighting unique selling points and competitive advantages.
Negotiate terms and conditions with retail store partners to secure wholesale orders and maximize sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to develop tailored sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights to the management team.
Attend industry events, trade. shows, and networking functions to expand the company's presence and generate leads.
Ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer issues or concerns in collaboration with the customer support team.
Requirements
Proven track record of success in Field Sales or retail sales, preferably in the fashion industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Strong business acumen and understanding of retail operations and sales processes.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
