Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualization and Design: Translate creative concepts into innovative and trend-setting designs that reflect the Surbhi International brand ethos.
2. Trend Research: Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market insights to inform design decisions and maintain relevance.
3. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, production, and marketing, to ensure alignment and coherence across all aspects of the brand.
4. Prototyping and Sampling: Oversee the prototyping and sampling process to ensure the quality and integrity of the final product, adhering to timelines and budgetary constraints.
5. Quality Assurance: Maintain a keen eye for detail and uphold the highest standards of quality throughout the design and production phases, ensuring that all garments meet our stringent quality criteria.
6. Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing market dynamics, consumer preferences, and emerging trends, proactively adjusting design strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven track record of success as a Fashion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and design sensibility.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts to cross-functional teams.
