Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sales Manager based in Coimbatore. The Executive Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring sales performance metrics, and communicating regularly with clients.
Qualifications
- 5+ experience selling software
- Experience in the IT industry or healthcare
- Sales Management and Leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of web app development technologies and trends
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:
- Experience working with Agile or Scrum development methodologies
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform sales strategies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
