2. Conduct the Supplier System Audit, Process Audit as per plan
3. knowledge of 7 QC tools
4. Reduce supplier PPM. (Timely effective communication about NC reported in receipt inspection, Assembly line or customer)
5. Responsible for supplier corrective action and reduction of rejection.
6. To guide and develop the suppliers to meet requirements
7 Define targets and control measures with the supplier in alignment with the SQM business and quality targets
8. Continuous tracking of the target setting and plan fulfillment (monitoring, analysis control) in the context of Supplier Quality Management System
9. To initiate actions in resolving part quality issues along with the suppliers
10.To check and approve the quality of new developed parts
11.To improve and standardize Supplier's manufacturing process.
