Job Description:
Position: Executive - Marketing
Location: Vapi
Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all products under group of company.
- Identification of customer requirements in terms of Products like Wooden Pallets or Corrugated boxes.
- Doing cold calls to new customer on regular basis - target is minimum 20 customers per day.
- For cold calling refer the various directors of VIA (Vapi), DIA (Silvassa and Sarigam), UIA (Umbergaon), SIMA (Silvassa) and also utilize other sources.
- Sending introductory mails to all such customers along with Company profile and Product brochures.
- Doing Follow Up calls to all such customers to whom introductory mails are sent for taking the appointments.
- Doing Follow Up calls to existing customers as and when required for ongoing matters
- Preparing MIS for cold callings and follow-up calls on regular basis and reporting to MD.
- Doing follow-up calls for all the cold calling done and tracking the status of the discussion. Updating the progress of the matter regularly.
- Preparing the Quotations and sending the same to the interested customers.
- Taking follow up for all the sent quotes and record all remarks given by the customers so that next follow-up can be planned.
- Consolidating the all data on monthly basis and preparing a MIS and sending the same to the Management for further action.
- Responsible for Coordinating and bridging the communication gap between Customers and Sales Team / Management.
- Prepare planning for your assigned tasks and schedule your activities accordingly.
