Should be able to perform vendor audits / score the vendor as per requirement of RRPL standard.
Should be able to prepare effective check sheets for critical processes
Should be able to analyse customer complaint & resolution of same .
Should be able to prepare Quality Assurance Plans, Control plan & Standard operating Process, Proactive process audits as per customer requirements .
Should be able to solve the daily issues raised in shop floor for smooth transition of production
Should be able to perform & analyse the wiring related to protection devices for transformer.
Effective planning of manpower utilization of Man hours
Firm knowledge of quality tools & presentation.
Should be able to reduce COPQ .
Should be able to verify the CAPA received from Supplier
