- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
- Coordinate with vendors and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
- Maintain effective communication channels with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members as required
