Job Description:

• Proven work experience in similar roles.
• Long term approach to work with the organisation
• Knowledge of MS Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
• Good in letter writing & verbal & written communication skills.
• Typing Speed : Minimum 40/45 words per minute
• Proficient in Internet / Google
• Good Negotiation Skills
• 60% or above in Maths
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities :

• Maintain director's appointment
• Schedule meetings. Take notes Remind director's of Important dates, meetings, tasks, deadlines.
• Maintain Travel itinerary : Maintain Calendars, Contact, emails
• Maintain internal & external correspondences, memo, emails, presentations, reports.
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
• Oversee & monitor the work / performance of office staffs
• JD preparation for vacancies, co-ordination with consultancies.
• Resume screening, short listing : Training of junior staffs
