Job description

You are ideal for this role if you can :

1. Passionately engage with college students and educational institutions, and build rapport with them.

2. Facilitate offline events like workshops, fests and exhibits to help students explore our offerings.

3. Creative individual to attract prospective students through innovative and engaging event experiences.

4. Proactive to leverage the opportunities to attract more students during the event.

5. Conduct market research and scout for college fests and other event opportunities.

What we are looking for :

  • A highly motivated individual to generate leads for offline lead generation campaigns.
  • Prior outreach and event management experience, particularly in organizing educational or tech-related events is preferred.
  • Creativity to come up with innovative event concepts and solutions when faced with unexpected challenges.
  • Ability to interact effectively with students in educational institutions and colleges.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to meet job requirements.
  • An individual with excellent communication skills (verbal), interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting event registration milestones or similar goals.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, environments, and move to different event locations in the assigned territory.
  • Sales Experience in the EdTech domain is an additional advantage.
  • Having strong connections with local educational institutions is an added advantage.

What will you be doing:

  • Directly Responsible for offline lead generation campaigns to meet event registrations and ensure successful event execution within the designated area.
  • Create and implement outreach strategies to promote our company programs. increase awareness among the students and educational partners, and attract a diverse pool of prospective participants.
  • Guide students through the event activities, providing them with accurate and helpful information about our offerings.
  • Conduct market research , scout for offline Events and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential opportunities for increasing event engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, ethical standards, and safeguard the companys brand image in all aspects of the outreach efforts and event process.
  • Collecting feedback from participants and educational partners to continuously improve outreach efforts and the event experience.
  • Generate and report daily reports on event metrics, providing insights to support decision-making and strategy development for the managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all event participants, partners, and event status in the database.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices in event management and Outreach strategies.
  • Keep track of inventory, paperwork, and appointments.

Languages known: Working Proficiency in Tamil.

Work location and working days :

  • Majorly involves field visits to Educational Institutions and Events. Relevant expenses will be reimbursed by the company.
  • Involves extensive traveling (Transportation allowance will be provided by the company).
  • 6-Day Week.
  • Week off (Sunday wont be a week off).

Compensation :

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives, opportunity to earn up to 3- 5LPA (Fixed + Performance-based Incentives).
