Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Event Manager to join our Marketing and Events team in the vibrant realm of Real Estate. As an integral part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing a diverse range of events aimed at promoting our real estate projects, engaging clients, and enhancing brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate closely with the Event Manager to conceptualize, plan, and execute various real estate events, including property showcases, open houses, seminars, and networking events.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and scheduling, to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee event setup, breakdown, and onsite management to guarantee a memorable experience for attendees.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote events and maximize attendance.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of promotional materials, both digital and print, to effectively market events and maintain brand consistency.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships, to drive event awareness and engagement.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees before, during, and after events, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance event participation and foster long-term connections.
- Logistics and Operations Management:
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Coordinate logistical aspects of events, such as equipment rentals, transportation, catering, and audiovisual requirements, to meet event objectives.
- Maintain inventory of event supplies and materials, ensuring adequate stock and efficient utilization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably within the real estate or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
