Work Exp - 5+ Years of handling relevant profile.
Qualification - Bachelor's degree in hospitality or relevant field of study.

Responsibilities:
Event Manager will work for the planning, development and implementation of event strategies to produce best-in-class event experience for employees and attendees. This position will also be responsible for close coordination with Hotels for tie-ups to ensure there is cohesive approach to event design and member communication across the function.
Good experience required of managing and participating in industry and corporate events with expertise in delivering high profile large scale events (500+ attendees) driving AU bank, as a brand, and ensuring visibility in external forums.
- High emotional intelligence and excellent people relationship skills
- Strong attention-to-details, self-directed initiatives, resourcefulness and Technology driven initiatives.
- Strong Negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of KPIs and new market techniques for corporate events.
- Agility to deliver in a dynamic, geographically diverse and constantly evolving environment
- Maintain Awareness of current and emerging trends in the event planning space and possess a passion for continuous improvement.
- Excellent management and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence team members across all levels to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Conceptualize, plan and execute all phases of Corporate events.
- Maintain monthly, quarterly and yearly events calendar.
- End-to-end Event Management which includes;
a) Pre-Event planning, preparation and execution.
b) Planning based execution on the day of event.
c) After event activities, reporting, media and billing.
- Provide constant and clear communication of event programs to all stakeholders including internal briefing for specified events and conferences.
- Coordinate with the content and branding team for collaterals, presentations, social media posts, event stories, posters and newsletters.
- Plan each event from start to finish according to requirements, objectives, ensure event deliverables are executed on time, event logistics, vendor management to ensure operational success of the event.
