Etp & Dust Collector System Operator

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Operator & Dust Collector System Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our Effluent Treatment Plant and Dust Collector System. Responsibilities:

• Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Operation:
• Monitor and control the ETP process to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of the ETP equipment and troubleshoot any operational issues.
• Adjust chemical dosages and treatment parameters to optimize the efficiency of the treatment process.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment repairs.
• Dust Collector System Operation:
• Operate and maintain Dust Collector Systems to minimize airborne particulate emissions.
• Monitor and adjust ventilation systems to ensure proper capture and containment of dust.
• Conduct routine inspections of Dust Collector equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and address any malfunctions or abnormalities in the dust collection system.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of ETP and Dust Collector System operation, including log entries and data collection.
• Ensure compliance with environmental permits and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
• Safety and Training:
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• Provide training to plant personnel on ETP and Dust Collector System operation and safety procedures.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in wastewater treatment and air pollution control.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an ETP Operator and Dust Collector System Operator.
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting industrial wastewater treatment systems and Dust Collector equipment.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and permit requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹8,086.00 - ₹22,219.15 per month
