a) Operate and maintain boilers, compressors, water lines, steam lines, valves and all related systems and equipment
b) Ensure continuous regular availability of input material/fuel to operate the boiler continuously.
c) Primarily responsible for operating boiler at optimal efficiency.
d) Ensure safety by monitoring safety equipment, identifying potential issues and taking appropriate steps to suspend operations and solve the problem.
e) Ensure optimal and continuous operation of mechanical systems by performing routine inspections and maintenance, monitoring metering equipment and adjusting levels as necessary.
f) Inspection of steam line in plant and arrest leakage if any.
g) Maintain boiler efficiency at all times.
h) Perform frequent inspection checks and regular maintenance on boiler systems and
related valves, gauges, piping and other equipment.
i) Record daily gas readings, feed water tests and other test results.
j) Keep all boiler rooms, related facilities and work areas clean and organized at all times.
k) All Personnel shall have necessary skill in firefighting operation and ready to fight fire, if needed
l) Sustain up-to-date knowledge of developments in relevant technology and make recommendations for overhauls and upgrades.
m) Study to keep current on knowledge of all applicable safety laws and regulations in order to ensure full compliance at all times.
n) Give Daily Feedback to all concerned appointments including on PRESPL Operations WhatsApp Group m) Ensure secrecy of database, technological initiatives, and business plans of the Company
o) Maintain HSSE / EHS standards and follow policy in Office and Project Sites in consultation Reporting Superior and as per Company Policy.
p) Any task assigned by MD, COO and CTO
Qualification: Certification as a 1 st Class Boiler Operator
Work Experience: 3-6 Years
