- Supervise and lead a team of Fire Fighting system technicians to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects and Services.
- Plan and schedule work activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of Fire Fighting systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving any issues or challenges that arise.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate Fire Fighting system installations and upgrades.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and implementing training as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Fire Fighting system installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree .
- Previous experience in Fire Fighting and fire alarm systems.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in Hindi, Marathi and English languages.
- Strong technical and practical knowledge of Fire Fighting and fire alarm systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Physical ability to perform tasks required for the role.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹22,000.00 - ₹44,207.90 per month
