Qualification: B. Tech in Civil Engineering/ Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 5-8 years
The Candidate should have the experience in doing Quality Control/ Quality Assurances in any Residential/ Commercial Building.
Job Description:
1. Study Contract document -BOQ, Technical Specifications and GFC Drawings.
2. Define project quality plan and prepare a quality manual for the site.
3. Define Work methodologies and obtain concurrence from Architect/ Consultants.
4. Develop a checking and testing procedure to ensure all systems are adequately tested prior to their acceptance.
5. Ensures that contractors comply with project quality plan.
6. Check Quality of input materials wrt make/Model/ Specifications. Ensure that only approved brands of materials are procured by Client / Contractors.
7. Ensure approved Methodology is used for all works & workmanship is maintained.
8. Conduct site inspections & witness quality tests, to verify the quality of work products.
9. Review inspection reports and Test Reports w.r.t IS CODES. CPWD specifications and other standards; propose procedural corrections, if any
10. Advise site team on remedial measures, after consulting respective Architects and consultants for quality issues, If any.
11.Ensure that QA/ QC documentation is up to date.
