The EMEA Business Operations - Cross Service - Manager reports directly to the EMEA Business Operations Lead and supports

  • implementing the EMEA strategy and vision and
  • day-to-day operations and governance of Business Operations across EMEA.


The EMEA Business Operations - Cross Service - Manager will support the EMEA Business Operations Lead with Market wide initiatives, with a particular focus on harmonisation of required processes, frameworks and tools across EMEA and the MUs to deliver business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the EMEA Business Operations Lead in the Market wide initiatives across EMEA and manage the implementation of the EMEA Leadership strategy & vision within the Market.
  • Work closely with EMEA Business Operations professionals in the EMEA MUs and the Corporate Function teams to support the day-to-day operations of EMEA Markets.
  • Produce monthly reporting and analytics and other key materials, as required. Assist the Industry EMEA Business Operations Lead to manage monthly and quarterly performance metrics, interpret data and highlight key takeaways.
  • Support the EMEA Business Operations Lead to define and manage recommended action plans to address financial and growth performance insights as needed.
  • Create materials for key leadership and reviews including EMEA Market SoB materials, EMEA Market Scorecards, etc.
  • Actively support the annual planning cycle, including financial, headcount, chargeability, account planning. Manage and track progress against plans.
  • Support the development of EMEA market multi-year strategy
  • Provide ad-hoc program management support for Cross-MU EMEA initiatives.
  • Adopt best practices/assets of our global organisation in accordance with global directions and rules; develop operational excellence initiatives to improve performance and efficiency.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Operations or strategic programs
  • Understanding of Accenture’s operating model, business processes and policies and tooling.
  • Strong Program management skills
  • Experience in financial & accounting domain, with strong Analytical skills; Able to collect, research and interpret data
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity to achieve results and effectively resolve conflicts as they arise
  • Demonstrated capability to drive / execute multiple initiatives individually and with a team with minimal supervision and guidance
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Self-driven, organized, structured
  • Accuracy and attention to detail; prioritizes and plans work activities independently
  • Strong collaboration, facilitation and team-building skills
  • Highly flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and quickly changing priorities
