- Participate in business continuity in the R&D team: Analysis of new shortage requests, define the inputs needed for efficient execution, and qualify alternatives with responsiveness and rigor to avoid manufacturing stops.
- Active participation in the alternate selection on defined criteria
- Handle operational execution tasks:
- Impacts analysis including corrective action plan
- Carry out the GD3 file
- CREO simulation and 3D-2D design update including tolerances/dimensional analysis
- Performing tests plan with the specifications required for the tests selected
- Prototypes check
- Bill of material update
- Application notes release
- Support V&V team during test execution
- Ensure robustness of deliverables: impacts analysis, GD3, 2D-3D files, tests plan…
- Ensure collaboration with plants and all R&D sites
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design

- Proficiency in mechanical Design with Creo
- Proficiency in 3D modeling tools (Creo) in a plus
- Proficiency in finite element simulation and material strength.
- Competence in tolerancing, functional dimensioning, and general mechanics.
