Roles and Responsibility Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products.
Preparing and delivering technical presentations for clients, in order to explain the products and potential deliverable.
Understand customer requirements and convey the same to the management
Maintain relationship with existing customers – take feedbacks, resolution of problems related to product, renew orders etc.
Preparation of regular reports.
Recording and maintaining client data.
Understanding client quotations and negotiating with them.
