Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist at TreeVeda Foods located in Mohali district. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's online store, ensuring excellent customer service, and increasing ecommerce sales. Day-to-day tasks may include analyzing online sales data, communicating with customers and vendors, and collaborating with marketing teams to execute ecommerce campaigns.
As an E-commerce Manager, your key responsibilities include:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Website Management:
Oversee the design, functionality, and user experience of the company's e-commerce platform.
Ensure the website is optimized for search engines (SEO) and user-friendly.
Product Management:
Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing on the e-commerce platform.
Collaborate with product teams to introduce new products and remove obsolete ones.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Set and achieve sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and analyze sales data.
Implement promotional campaigns and discounts to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Ecommerce, and Sales: Candidates should have a thorough understanding of ecommerce sales metrics, conversion optimization, and online customer behavior. and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Customer Service and Communication: Candidates should have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in Ecommerce or related field: Candidates should have relevant education and/or experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Organizational Skills: Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Candidates should be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field: A degree in marketing, business or a related field is preferred.
