Responsibilities Maintain, strengthen and grow client relationships through comprehensive strategy, oversight and management of e-Commerce accounts. Act as the main point of contact for clients to ensure that business needs and desires are being met promptly and efficiently. Develop presentation strategies, and client presentations, and play an active and valuable role during the presentation process. Collect, organise, create and present project briefs to clients and internal teams Marketplace cataloguing, and backend operations on all Major portals like Amazon, Flipkart , Myntra in India. Walmart, Amazon , wayfair etc in cross border commerce. Basic knowledge of performance marketing, AMS and Flipkart Ads. Coordination with internal teams, graphic designers , analytics team etc. Qualifications Previous eCommerce account management experience Proficient in marketplace management, various dashboard handling. performance marketing etc. Excellent time and project management skills Detail oriented and proficient in digital marketing Possess strong written and verbal communication skills Basic math skills to be used in pricing material, costing orders and managing inventory stock levels Ability to think outside the box when working with clients to create solutions that create value for all Present a positive attitude, strong work ethic and professionalism at all times Possess strong problem-solving skills
