Job Description District Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Planning and Coordination

1. Initially responsible for allocated two districts.

2. Responsible for ensuring a smooth sales and marketing functioning for the respective brands

3. Identify and analyse the potential market place and potential customers.

4. Ensure that Executives are aware about products and its features and potential customers.

5. Coordinate and participate in promotional activities work with Branding team to market products and services.

6. Send daily, weekly and monthly reports of sales and collection to the GM Sales, consolidating the department activities of a particular day/days.

7. Shall allocate areas to Sales Executives.

8. Prepare sales targets for Individual BDOs and team also get it approval from the GM Sales.

9. Developing customized targeted sales strategies.

10. Ensure that there is no outstanding are listed above 30 days.

11. Act as a liaison between the Finished Goods store, Dispatch and the Sales team.

12. Ensure that all orders are properly dispatched in distributors point and follow-up if there are any pending orders.

13. Ensure that Executives are aware of the schemes that are in operation and the details of discounts and other offers.

Distributor Management

1. To achieve the targets set executive wise and distributor wise.

2. Responsible for Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

3. Responsible for handling complaints and grievances in client side and report immediately to State Sales Manager

4. Solve the complaints within 24 hours and collect feedback.

5. Formulate, direct, coordinate and execute sales activities and policies to promote products, and also should work with Brand Building and Business development team.

6. To Collaborating with management and team on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.

7. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers through visits and by fulfilling their requirements.

Team Management

1. Monitoring teams performance and give proper instruction for the smooth conduct of sales.

2. Providing market related information to Top Management, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

3. Developing customized targeted sales strategies.

4. Evaluates sales reports and report it into department head, then make corrective action whether required.
